You can choose how much you'd like to spend. It may change month to month. Most brands will be in the highest tier for the first few months and don't need as much time in later months which will cause them to automatically drop to the lower teirs. We're experts at working with budgets large and small.

Can you create & design the TikTok Shop product listings?
Yes, we can research and design the listings. Many brands often have imagery and content we can use. If so, we'll use that but we can also improve or create additional content as needed to make sure you have great product listings.
Can you help us sign up for a TikTok Shop account and get verified?
We can help facilitate the process with you. Your business of course needs to have the documents requested by TikTok and fulfill their requirements. Sometimes TikTok Shops requirements may change. As long as you meet their requirements we can help facilitate the process. There may be times when TikTok chooses not to accept a certain brand and we're not able to help if that decision is final.
An avoidable issue is when brands use bank accounts or credits cards that are registered to different entities than they are registering with. Make sure the business name and address is the same for everything, don't mix up sub entities.
What kind of compliance issues do brands run into?
Some types of products are not allowed on TikTok Shop. For those products they won't be able to sell on TikTok Shop all. What's more common is brands that have to go through certain steps in order to be approved to sell. For example, a beverage brand needs to show TikTok Shop a GMP certificate, an invoice from their manufacturer, and the facilities FDA registration, along with pictures of the product packaging. In some cases the product packaging needs to be altered slightly to meet the requirements. We can help navigate that process with you.
Typically the documents they will want to see will be items a brand already has. Before going through additional steps, it's best if we can see exactly what TikTok Shop wants first.
Will I have someone I can communicate with?
Yes, every client gets a dedicated project manager. All of our team members are located in the same physical office in Orem, Utah. We're available by phone and email during all business hours. We also have an after hours line for client emergencies.
What makes a great TikTok Shop product listing?
Mostly its about having attrative images and lots of details. For example, everything a customer would need to know needs to be shown in the listing. Typically we want the images to show and explain everything important but the listing text can also include some of that information as well. We want to make sure everything fits TikTok's requirements and is attractive to customers at the same time.
Do you have software or integration with the TikTok Shop API?
No, we don't make or own any software. We are strictly workers providing services. We just use the TikTok Shop platform and any other 3rd party software that you currently use to manage orders. We don't work with TikTok Shop's API at all.
